Catherine Zhong

 Hi, I’m Catherine (they/she). I identify as non-binary and queer, and a Chinese-American, 2nd-generation immigrant. I have lived experience with complex-PTSD from child abuse and sexual assault, dissociative identity disorder, psychosis/altered states, and neurodivergence. I have also been hospitalized, and have completed partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. I have some experience with medication, although I mainly manage my mental health through talk therapy, peer support, art, yoga, and meditation. I am a junior studying Communications, and have an interest in becoming a marriage family therapist someday, though I once was a major in Chemistry, now minor. I also play Ultimate Frisbee in my free time, and would love to throw a disc.
