Click here to fill out the form if you are looking to receive services and support from Project LETS. Support offered includes: care/case management support, peer support, frontline crisis response, advocacy support, connection to resources, herbal medicine consults, spiritual support, and more.

This form is encrypted. We are a small team, and getting you connected with an available intake coordinator or responder can take several days, or longer if we are experiencing more support requests. We will update the form accordingly if our response time slows or the intake form is paused.

Who we support:

• People at urgent risk of experiencing psychiatric incarceration

• People who are currently being held against their will inside of psychiatric facilities

• Friends, family members, and care team members supporting people experiencing psychiatric incarceration
